Overview:
Our client, a nationally recognized and highly regarded law firm, is seeking a Mid-Level Civil Litigation Associate to join their Tampa office. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven attorney with 2 to 4 years of post-law school experience in civil litigation—ideally with a focus on community association matters. The position offers a growth-oriented environment, direct client interaction, and the chance to work alongside some of the leading practitioners in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and interpret contracts, community association documents, and corporate governance materials.
- Independently manage litigation matters, including collections, covenant enforcement, violations, and related disputes for community associations.
- Advise Community Association Boards and property managers on legal and corporate governance matters.
- Conduct legal research and craft case strategies that align with client goals.
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
- Provide timely, professional responses to client inquiries and maintain strong client communication throughout case progression.
Qualifications:

2–4 years of civil litigation experience (defense experience preferred).

Active member of the Florida Bar.
- Prior experience in community association litigation strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage a litigation caseload independently with light supervision.
- Demonstrated commitment to client service and career development within a nationally respected platform.
Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $135,000–$155,000 (commensurate with experience)
