Role Overview

We are hiring a detail-oriented Estimator experienced in property damage assessments and Xactimate. Whether you’re in the field or at a desk, your estimates will form the backbone of our project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive site inspections and damage evaluations
• Generate estimates using Xactimate (testing required)
• Collaborate with insurance adjusters and internal teams
• Prepare detailed scopes of work and restoration proposals
• Ensure compliance with state and industry standards
• Support project handoffs and align estimates with field execution

What You’ll Bring

• Strong proficiency in Xactimate and estimating processes
• Understanding of property insurance and restoration workflows
• Ability to work independently and with diverse stakeholders
• Field estimating experience preferred, but desk-only applicants welcome
