As we continue to grow, we are seeking a mission-driven Recruiter to join our team. This role will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent across a variety of industries, supporting our clients' hiring needs, and helping job seekers get the most out of our platform and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal hiring teams and client organizations to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Proactively source, screen, and evaluate candidates through resume reviews, phone interviews, and reference checks
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions across industries and levels, from entry-level to executive
• Use BreezeJobFinder’s platform to track candidates, share insights, and ensure a seamless hiring process
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for high-demand roles
• Coach job seekers on resume best practices, interview preparation, and how to leverage BreezeJobFinder’s tools effectively
• Collaborate with the product and customer success teams to provide feedback and improve platform features based on recruiter and candidate needs
• Stay current with industry trends, labor market data, and sourcing techniques to remain competitive

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing (agency or in-house)
• Experience recruiting for multiple industries and role types is preferred
• Strong understanding of ATS systems, job boards, and modern sourcing tools
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
• Comfort with fast-paced, startup-style environments
• Passion for helping people find meaningful work and closing opportunity gaps
• Familiarity with BreezeJobFinder (or willingness to learn quickly) is a plus
