All R&D and manufacturing are done in-house, giving our reps a powerful edge in technology, quality, and performance.


We are currently seeking a highly motivated, driven, and experienced Sales Professional to develop new medical/aesthetic business in the Mid-Atlantic Territory. This is a lucrative and career-defining opportunity for a hunter-style sales pro with strong industry knowledge and a deep network in plastic surgery, dermatology, or med spa channels.


What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect, pitch, and close high-dollar capital equipment sales to physicians and medical spa owners.
  • Leverage your existing book of business in the aesthetics space to ramp up quickly.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach to generate qualified appointments via cold calls, live meetings, trade shows, and virtual demos.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations, educate prospects on laser technology, and tailor solutions to their goals.
  • Coordinate onsite and group demonstrations (equipment transport not required).
  • Maintain CRM records (Salesforce preferred), track pipeline activity, and deliver consistent revenue performance.
  • Represent with professionalism, integrity, and product expertise in a competitive market.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience in the aesthetic, capital equipment, durable medical equipment, or medical device industry.
  • Aesthetic industry background is REQUIRED, including a deep understanding of buyer behavior and territory dynamics in plastics, dermatology, or med spas.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with the drive to build a pipeline from day one.
  • Proven ability to close complex, high-ticket deals.
  • Comfortable with territory-based travel, attending trade shows, trainings, and regional demos.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and in-person communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality and strong organizational skills.
  • Must be coachable and eager to continually study product details and industry trends to stay sharp.


Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to drive and travel daily throughout the territory, with overnight travel ~30%.
  • Willingness to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Ability to occasionally lift/push/pull up to 50+ lbs and move demo equipment.
  • Strong computer literacy, including CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and MS Office Suite.


Education:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.


Compensation & Perks:

  • Base Salary: Starting at $70,000
  • Uncapped Commission Plan: On-target earnings exceed $250,000 annually
  • Car Allowance: $600/month plus gas/fuel reimbursement
