Location: Phoenix, AZ (Travel Required with in the Metro Valley Area)

Compensation: Starting at $65,000+ DOE

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple restoration and renovation projects. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage schedules, budgets, vendors, and client expectations with confidence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans and budgets
• Coordinate with insureds, subcontractors, and vendors
• Monitor costs and maintain financial compliance
• Create and manage project timelines and key milestones
• Ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Conduct regular site inspections and assessments
• Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders
• Oversee project documentation and reporting
