Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Representative to expand our reach, build lasting client relationships, and generate revenue for both Breeze Unlimited and BreezeJobFinder. This is an independent contractor, commission-only role—perfect for someone who is highly motivated, skilled in building connections, and eager to earn uncapped income while contributing to the growth of two dynamic businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B clients for Breeze Unlimited and BreezeJobFinder
- Develop partnerships with businesses, community organizations, and career centers
- Present and promote Breeze Unlimited’s recruiting services and BreezeJobFinder’s SaaS platform
- Manage your own outreach, pipeline, and client follow-up with consistency and professionalism
- Track sales activity, leads, and closed deals to ensure accurate commission reporting
- Leverage a unique referral link to drive B2C signups for BreezeJobFinder
Compensation
This is a commission-only role. Compensation shall be as follows:

30% Commission on all revenue received by Breeze Unlimited from clients directly generated by Contractor

10% Royalty on recurring monthly revenue from B2B clients originated by Contractor

$5 Referral Bonus for each user who signs up on BreezeJobFinder.com using Contractor’s unique referral link
No other compensation, benefits, or reimbursements shall be provided unless agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Payment Terms
- Commissions and bonuses will be calculated monthly
- Payments will be issued no later than the 15th of the following month, contingent upon funds being received from the client
Qualifications
- Proven success in sales, business development, or partnerships (SaaS, recruiting, or HR industry experience preferred)
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based earnings
- Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours
