About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Remote Software Engineer to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to create seamless user experiences.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure application stability.
• Optimize software for maximum speed, efficiency, and security.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
• Work in an agile environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go).
• Experience with web development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) or backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Flask).
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
• Knowledge of AI/ML, blockchain, or cybersecurity is a plus.
• Previous experience in a fully remote team.
