Role Overview

We are hiring a Mitigation/Repair Superintendent for our Tucson team to oversee emergency response efforts and manage repair projects from start to finish. You’ll coordinate field crews, ensure project quality, and serve as the go-to contact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage emergency response and repair workflows
• Lead water extraction, drying, and mold prevention efforts
• Inspect damage sites and develop scopes of work
• Interact directly with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain documentation for compliance and job tracking
• Coordinate team schedules and manage subcontractors
• Assist with payroll, invoicing, and expense tracking

What You’ll Bring

• Prior experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction supervision
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage field crews and prioritize fast-moving tasks
