Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering excellent service by resolving inquiries, providing information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer concerns are resolved.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Meet personal and team performance goals, including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and other KPIs.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven customer service experience or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Skills

  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities (if applicable).
  • Familiarity with RingCentral
